Terrible dependability Jun 12, 2008 I had ordered these boots for a special occassion. I called Boot Barn to ask to pay extra to ensure they would arrive on time- I was handled by a very nice man who actually guaranteed they would. The day before I needed the boots I was worried as no charge had gone through on my account. It was only as I initiated to call Boot Barn to double check they said oh its backordered- This is unacceptable- if we pay with the verbal understanding of a company to have the product there when they say it will- I could have had time to go get boots elsewhere- Dont waste your time waiting on this company to maybe get your product to you
